Prérequis

Contenu de la formation

PHASE 1 : Diagnostic phase of the request
  • Analysis of your expectations, short and medium term objectives, reconstruction of your professional career.
  • Setting and validation of your assessment's objectives.
PHASE 2 : Individual investigation
  • Analysis of your skills, abilities, motivations and interests (Transference skills).
  • Identification of your personality traits, your personal and professional development axes
PHASE 3 : Conclusions of the Skills Assessment
  • During this interview, we present you with the written summary document of your Skills Assessment. This document is confidential and only given to the beneficiary of the Skills Assessment.
PHASE 4 : FOLLOW - UP AT 6 MONTHS
  • The consultant proposes a meeting after 6 months in order to follow up your Skills Assessment.
